Mr. Mukul Deoras is the President, Asia Pacific Division of Colgate-Palmolive. Most recently, Mr. Deoras has served as Chief Marketing Officer of Colgate-Palmolive Company since August 2015. From February 2012 to July 2015, Mr. Deoras served as President, Asia Division of Colgate-Palmolive, and from February 2012 to September 2015, Mr. Deoras served as Chairman of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd. From February 2010 to January 2012, Mr. Deoras served as Managing Director for Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited. Mr. Deoras has also led Colgate-Palmolive’s Thailand business and Global Personal Care Marketing function. Prior to joining Colgate-Palmolive, Mr. Deoras held positions of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales at Hindustan Unilever Limited from 1984 to 2004. Since June 2018, Mr. Deoras is a member of the Board of Directors of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Inc. Mr. Deoras holds a postgraduate degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Appointed as the Chairman of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in September 2018.

Mr. Vikram Singh Mehta was the Chairman of the Shell Group of Companies in India from 1994 till 2013. Mr. Mehta began his career as a Member of the Indian Administrative service of the Government of India and was Advisor to the Public Sector “Oil India”. He was awarded the Asia House's "Businessmen of the year” award for the year 2010. Mr. Mehta is on several Boards including Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, L&T Limited and Apollo Tyres Limited. He has received ‘Best Independent Director' award by Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability in 2016. Appointed as a Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in October 2001.
Dr. Indu Shahani is the President and Chairperson at the Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISDI) and Founding Dean of Indian School of Management and Entrepreneurship (ISME). A former Sheriff of Mumbai, Dr. Shahani served as the Principal of H.R. College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai from the year 2000 till July 2016. She is on the board of several Indian Companies. A doyen in the field of academics, Dr. Shahani has over three decades of teaching experience at the College and University level. Dr. Shahani was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Letters degree by the University of Westminster in London. She is acknowledged worldwide for her significant contribution to education and value-based leadership. Appointed as a Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in January 2012.
Mr. Ram Raghavan is the Managing Director of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited (CPIL), and provides strategic leadership to Colgate-Palmolive, India and South Asia, since August 2019. Mr. Raghavan joined CPIL in 1997 as a Management Trainee and assumed increasing levels of responsibilities in Customer Development and Marketing. Over the years, he progressed through a series of leadership roles across Colgate-Palmolive’s various divisions and subsidiaries. In 2003, he moved to Hong Kong to join the Asia-Pacific Division. In 2004, he moved to C-P China and sequentially managed the Toothbrush and Toothpaste businesses with innovative products. In 2008, he became Marketing Director for C-P Canada. In 2010, he returned to China as Marketing Director. In 2013, he became the General Manager for the Latin America CIC, where he was instrumental in developing the platform-based innovation model supporting Latin America organic growth. Mr. Ram Raghavan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, both located in Mumbai, India. Appointed as the Managing Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in August 2019.
Ms. Shyamala Gopinath was a part-time Non-Executive Chairperson of HDFC Bank Ltd. As Deputy Governor of the RBI for seven years and member of the RBI’s board of directors, she guided and influenced national policies in diverse areas of financial sector regulation and supervision, the development and regulation of financial markets, capital account management, management of government borrowings, foreign exchange reserves management and payment and settlement systems. She has served on several Committees while with the RBI. During 2001 to 2003, she worked as Senior Financial Sector Expert in the then Monetary Affairs and Exchange Department of the International Monetary Fund (Financial Institutions Division). She was on the Corporate Bonds and Securitization Advisory Committee (CoBoSAC), a Sub-Committee of SEBI. She served as Chairperson Advisory Board on Bank, Commercial and Financial Frauds for two years from 2012 to 2014. She was an Independent Director on the Boards of Clearing Corporation of India, IOC and GAIL. She is an Independent Director on other reputed companies including not for profit entities. She is also Chairperson of the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management, Raipur. Appointed as a Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in May 2015.
Ms. Sukanya Kripalu is a graduate of St. Xavier's College and an alumni of the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. She is a Consultant in the fields of marketing, strategy, advertising, and market research. She has a rich and varied work experience with leading corporates like Nestle India Limited, Cadbury India Limited and Kellogg's India. She was also the Chief Executive Officer of Quadra Advisory, a WPP group company. Appointed as a Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in June 2018.
Mr. Sekhar Natarajan has a rich experience of the Agriculture and Rural sector, where he has spent most of his career and contributed significantly towards the growth and development of this industry and its farmer customers. After his retirement and now as Managing Partner of M/s. S.N Consultants, he continues to stay involved with the Agriculture Industry by providing advice and strategic guidance to local and international companies including private equity investors. He works closely with industry forums and opinion makers on policy matters and is also on the Board of several listed Indian companies. With a career spanning over three decades, he built Monsanto India as an organization leading growth and innovation in Indian agriculture. He continued his role as Chairman of Monsanto India Limited till its recent merger with Bayer CropScience Limited in September 2019, where he now holds the position of a Director, since October 2019. Earlier in his career with Monsanto, he was the India Region Lead, South Asia Business Lead, Business Development Head, Sales & Marketing Lead and Financial Controller. His stint as VP-Corporate Strategy at Monsanto’s headquarter in St Louis (USA) also increased his global exposure and perspective. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, he possesses extensive knowledge of strategic thinking, business development and mergers & acquisitions. Appointed as a Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in May 2020.
Ms. Gopika Pant has more than 34 years of legal experience and is dual qualified in India and New York, USA. She completed her BA Hons from St Stephens College 1982, LLB from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University 1985, was admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi 1985 and the New York State Bar Association, USA 1987 after completing her LLM from Columbia University in 1986 and is also a member of the ABA and The Supreme Court Bar Association. She worked in New York City during 1986-1990, returned to India and was named Partner in India’s leading law firm prior to setting up Indian Law Partners-ILP in 1999, which has offices in New Delhi and Mumbai. Ms. Gopika has significant experience in Indian corporate and commercial laws and is a specialist in cross border commercial transactions, inbound and outbound, including restructurings, acquisitions, JVs, business alliances, foreign portfolio investments, PE investments and exits, insolvency and bankruptcy, banking and finance, infrastructure and project finance and real property transactions. Ms. Gopika is a keen environmentalist and has also completed a Diploma in Environmental Law with the World Wide Fund for Nature. She is an enthusiastic public speaker and has addressed various conferences in India, London, Singapore, Japan and the USA. She has also authored articles in various Indian and international publications. Appointed as a Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in May 2020.
Mr. M. Chandrasekhar joined Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in 1989 in Sales. During his tenure of over 30 years at Colgate, he progressed through increasing levels of responsibility in the Customer Development & Sales function in different regional roles of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited leading to the position of Executive Vice-President – Customer Development. Appointed as a Whole-time Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in January 2017.
Mr. M.S. Jacob joined Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in 1995 in the Continuous Improvement Group. During his tenure of over 25 years at Colgate, Mr. Jacob served through leadership roles in Finance at Colgate-Palmolive Company’s subsidiaries in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia as well as at the Asia Pacific Division Headquartered at Hong Kong. His last assignment was as the Finance Director of Colgate-Palmolive Malaysia. As the Chief Financial Officer of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited, Mr. Jacob provides overall financial leadership including on Investor Relations matters. Appointed as a Whole-time Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in October 2016.
Mr. Surender Sharma is the Vice President – Legal, at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited (CPIL), since October 2018. Mr. Sharma leads the Legal and Secretarial function to ensure regulatory compliance and provides legal advice to the Leadership Team of Colgate-Palmolive India across functions and on matters relating to Corporate Affairs. Mr. Sharma joined CPIL in 2017 as the Associate Director– Legal, where he provided legal support to the Marketing, Customer Development and Supply Chain functions. Previously, Mr. Sharma was working with Marico Limited as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary. Prior to joining Marico, Mr. Sharma held leadership positions with reputed organizations like Heinz, Indian Hotels Company, Reckitt Benckiser and Maruti Suzuki, where he spent close to 20 years as in-house counsel and handled litigation management, contract management, corporate governance and legal compliance. Mr. Sharma holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Delhi and is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Appointed as a Whole-time Director on the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited in May 2020.
